Elizabeth Moir School is a co-educational, international school, located on two campuses in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The international school, run by British nationals, facilitates children of all nationalities aged between 2-18. Elizabeth Moir School is the only international school in Sri Lanka to be owned and run by British nationals. Elizabeth Moir School has welcomed students from more than 70 different countries and every continent, since the school opened. ==History== Elizabeth Moir moved to Sri Lanka in 1983 with her husband and three children. With her experience of working in other international schools in Hong Kong, Elizabeth Moir decided to open an international school in Colombo. By 1995, Elizabeth Moir had established, and been Principal of, two international schools - Colombo International School and The British School in Colombo In 1996, Elizabeth Moir opened another international school, Elizabeth Moir School, where she is currently the Principal.
